Refund, Return and Alteration Policy

Thank you for choosing our online tailoring service (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring your satisfaction with our products. This Return, Refund, and Alteration Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and alteration services for your orders. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

 

  1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility: We accept returns for unworn and undamaged suits within two days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in this Policy.

1.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified time frame. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

1.3. Condition of the Suit: The suit must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact. Any signs of wear, alterations, or damage caused by the customer will result in the denial of the request.

 

  1. Refunds

2.1. Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for suits that meet the conditions mentioned in this Policy.

2.2. Processing Time: Once we receive the returned suit, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the requirements. The alteration will be processed within 2 business day after the inspection.

 

  1. Alterations

3.1. Alteration Requests: If you would like to request alterations to your suit, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the suit. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

3.2. Eligibility: We offer free alteration services if the mistake is on our part or if our team or tailors made an error. However, if the requested alteration is unrelated to our services and does not involve any mistakes on our part, we may charge an alteration fee.

3.3. Alteration Process: Our team will guide you through the process of returning the suit for alterations. We will cover the cost of pick up, alteration, and delivery of the altered suit.

3.4. Revised Delivery Time: Please note that the alteration process may slightly extend the original delivery time. We will provide you with an estimated updated delivery date upon confirming the alteration request.

 

4. Exceptions

4.1. Customized Suits: Due to the personalized nature of customized suits, we do not accept returns or provide refunds, except for cases where we have made a mistake or a fault on our part.

4.2. Hygiene and Health Concerns: For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on suits that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
